When a Series D esports platform needed ten leaders across engineering, product, revenue, brand, data and UX in two geographies at once, we ran it as a single partner and closed every role inside the window. When a credit platform entered India with no local team, we built the full C-suite from zero on a market-entry timeline.

Research-grade AI, deep tech and scientific profiles rarely live where it is convenient and are rarely looking. We have placed Gen AI and Voice AI leaders into product-first companies, carbon scientists across North America and Europe, applied ML and causal-inference Phd researchers into an esports Innovation Lab run in collab with a private Ivy League research University in NYC.

We have run talent inside growth companies, so we treat culture-market fit as seriously as product-market fit. The result is a 50-day average close, 95 percent offer-accept to join, and retention high enough that clients come back.
