From a family of 3 generations in the Indian Armed forces, many still serving, Deepti chose a different career path and decided to take on the unfamiliar territory of entrepreneurship. She has spent the last 2 decades building high impact leadership teams for the rising digital ecosystem in India and now Climate Tech.

Deepti started recruiting in early 2000 for Legacy IT Services and then went on to build teams for Social, Commerce, Travel, Transaction, Gaming and now AI and Climate. Her initial career spanned building teams for a deep tech Indo-US startup in 2000 and then the next decade building global teams for one of India's largest IT services firms then - Satyam. Later years of her corporate career, she shifted focus externally, building and operating technology executive practice’s for Global recruiting companies (GI Group and RGF Executive Search) and then finally built and scaled teams for Hike Messenger (Tencent, Foxconn, Tiger backed) as their TA Leader. An inhouse startup recruiting expert, external consultant to growing firms and now an Entrepreneur, she has immense gratitude for the opportunity to create a positive impact towards the planet's most burning issue today: Climate change.

A certified Enneagram coach, a firm believer in the power of one's own mind over body, and an amateur green thumb, Deepti is passionate about the cause of disempowered children education & women in climate.

Rashmeet has amassed a wealth of experience through global stints across sectors in Operations, Account Management, BD, Content Creation, English Language training, Hiring & now Executive Research. Her last corporate gig was at Berlitz, as Language Center Director, with accountability of the business. Leveraging her diverse experience, as the Head of Global Research at Euforbia, Rashmeet now enjoys researching latest market trends and their impact on talent transitions across the globe.

Bhavya has Product experience in Operational Risk Management as well as Governance, Risk & Compliance. She is actively involved in building high-impact leadership teams for Euforbia’s clientele. Serving as a strategic partner to clients, Bhavya employs first principles thinking and in depth research to fulfill specialized leadership mandates. Deeply inclined towards sustainability, Bhavya has a keen interest in climate change & ESG matters. A Computer Science engineer by profession, Vidhika made a conscious shift towards recruiting. She leverages her technical foundation for hunting the most enterprising talent in the startup world. During her tenure at TCS, she worked for clients such as GE Power & Water and Standard Chartered Bank. Often recognised for exceptional client service, Vidhika is a trusted partner to her clients. She enjoys staying abreast with the latest technology shifts and talent trends.

Hemant is an entrepreneur and a qualified CA with strong experience in finance and business management. He has a deep understanding of varied business models and crafting strategies to solve complex business challenges. Presently, Hemant is the CFO at Zalora- Asia’s leading online fashion, beauty and lifestyle destination. He is also an angel investor at Inflection Point Ventures- an early stage angel investing platform. Prior to this, he was the CFO and Head of Legal & Business Development, at Hike Messenger where he led a Series-D fund-raise of $175 M. Previously at Unilever, in his last role, Hemant was the Global Supply Chain Finance Director.

She is the Founder/ CEO of Mediation Mantras- a mediation consultancy that provides an array of services related to conflict 21`resolution through mediation. A certified Mediator from the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation, Radhika is also an India specialist mediator for the Singapore International Mediation Centre. In addition, she does advisory work for NGOs in the healthcare & financial sectors; An Aspen Fellow, who has helped promote entrepreneurship and micro finance with other Aspen fellows. Alexander is a power systems professional and an active Climate Tech investor, advisor and mentor to Indian climate focussed startups. He is presently a Research Manager at RMI and New Energy Nexus founded clean energy and climate tech accelerator - Third Derivative (D3). Previously Alex has worked as a Private Sector Specialist with the International Solar Alliance on Private Sector Development and led ISA’s engagement with manufacturers, developers and financiers. Alex is passionate about energy transition/ renewable energy and writes about it regularly. He also continuously looks for innovative technical and business solutions to combat climate change.

Vidur is a thought leader, mentor and the Founder/CEO of NorthSide - a strategy and execution firm that helps consumer brands grow in India. He has 20 years of experience in consumer packaged goods, mobile apps & business consulting. Previously Vidur was an External Advisor at Bain & Co; Chief Marketing Officer at PepsiCo India Foods for the entire portfolio of brands Lay's; Sr. Director Global Nutrition Group at PepsiCo India Region and VP Marketing at Hike Messenger. He is an angel investor and a member of the Mumbai Angels. Vidur likes speaking on consumer concerns and is a frequent panelist at the Harvard Business School.

Tanya is an accomplished women entrepreneur in the Climate Tech & Renewable Energy sector, with 15+ years of experience and many awards to her credit. She is presently the founder at Mynzo Carbon and the former founder of SolarArise - a solar power producer, with its assets now listed as a part of a trust on the London Stock Exchange. An active member of the industry body, Tanya advises the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) on short term and long-term policies. She also serves on the board of Milaan, an NGO supporting underprivileged adolescent girls who aspire to excel professionally. Tanya is committed towards moving the world to a low-carbon development path, in a bid to solve the climate crisis facing the planet.

Bharat is the founder of The Wakhlu Advisory (TWA) and offers advisory services along with strategic business consulting. He is also a speaker, author, futurist and consultant with considerable experience in the areas of responsible business, sustainability, ethics & governance, leadership development, etc. He serves on several boards; is a Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and of the All India Management Association (AIMA). Bharat has been the India MD for the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation and was also with the Tata Group in varied senior roles for over three decades. He is passionate about Leadership Development, Corporate Governance, Sustainability and Total Quality.

Dr Subbian is the Co-Founder & CEO of String Bio- widely awarded Indian biotech startup for its innovation. She holds PhDs in Biochemistry, Biophysics & Molecular Biology and has rich experience in biobased product commercialization & market growth. Ezhil previously played critical roles in biobased product innovation at various startups in the Silicon Valley. A global citizen, Ezhil serves on the board of ABLE-India and CII-National Biotechnology Committee. Her work was most recently recognized with the Women Transforming India Award 2018 from United Nations & NITI Aayog. A passion to leverage the power of biology and deliver sustainable/ cost-effective solutions, is what drives Ezhil.

Dr Nemani currently works at the Bay Area Environmental Research Institute where he mentors a new generation of earth scientists. A former NASA scientist, he is the recipient of NASA's highest honor- the ‘Distinguished Service Medal’, in addition to other several NASA awards. He has 35+ years of experience in theory and application in optical remote sensing, numerical bio-geochemical modeling, climatology and machine learning. Dr Nemani is keen to give back to India and is interested in Adaptation related Climate ventures.

Krishnan “Krish” is an accomplished thought-leader in the Industrial Biotech segment and widely propagates sustainable solutions across SAARC countries. He is currently engaged as an Independent Director, Advisor/Consultant and Leadership Mentor across various industrial segments. During his tenure at Novozymes, Krish was the Regional President & MD for South Asia, where he led the Indian entity’s organizational strategy. He is an active speaker in Biotech/ Bio Energy/ Bio Ag forums as an Industry expert. A firm believer in the importance of Sustainable Biotech solutions, Krish maintains that this is the only alternative to address climate change challenges.

Dr. Margolis is a Biotech Executive with a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics. He has a wealth of management, business development and research experience and has worked in agricultural research for 25 years. In addition, Jon is an internationally recognized expert on model systems in drug discovery; an invited author and speaker at industry & public sector symposia. He is currently engaged as an Agtech & Biologicals consultant for research, commercialization and business partnering. Earlier, he was the Chief Scientific Officer at Joyn Bio having also led biologics research in Bayer's Crop Science’s division.
